Your new brand ID certainly has a corporate feel, which is, I imaging, how you are looking to position yourself. More Microsoft (professional) than Apple (quirky). Removing the meaningless "Solutions" tag has also helped to achieve this, while the geometric typography hints at high-tech.

With your intention of promoting specific products and services as sub-brands, your new ID provides a clean yet unobtrusive overarching theme.
