Why not have dress up fridays? People like a chance to brush off their suits, dig out their DJs and polish their shoes. How much fun might that be once a month?

Jake

I'm with you on this, I find the principle of dress down days more suited to secondary schools than business.

I have a simple dress code, if I'm selling, meeting new clients, or otherwise formally representing the business, you suit up. If not, you wear what you are comfortable in.

This dress down policy is just big business trying to act "cool", or narrow minded small business copying them!
