Customer Portal

Using out customer portal is easy:

  1. Log in using the 'Log In' link at the top right of this website
  2. Click on the 'Tickets' tab
  3. Then 'New Ticket'
  4. Fill out the details and that is all there is to it

You will then be sent an email with your ticket number.

You can then either send replies and updates via email by pressing reply (and making sure you keep the subject the same), or use the 'Add response' link when you view your ticket in the portal.

If you use the portal you can escalate issues, set the priority and severity and view the whole dialog on the issue in one place.
